Renee Radabaugh, CMP | Managing Director and President

Renee Radabaugh has more than 30 years experience in the event industry, specializing in corporate, government, and healthcare events as well as large-scale meetings, conferences, association management, and corporate incentives. Renee plans to use Cultural Explorations Cuba to welcome the meeting and event industry into Cuba. Among other awards, Renee has been recognized as an Influencer in the Meeting Planning Industry and as a Meeting Planner to Watch.

Ampa Manzella | Travel Manager

With a thorough background in Latin American cultures and human behavior, Ampa combines her experience in customer relations and consumer behavior to a people-centric travel manager position.  As a Cultural Explorations Cuba Travel Manager, Ampa acts as a liaison between our clients and our partners in Cuba to coordinate pre-program logistics like bookings and customized itineraries to ensure a unique and memorable experience for each traveler. At our corporate office, Ampa researches the latest trends while maintaining open relationships with local Cuban vendors and venues. While on site, she manages each and every program detail while doubling as a source of local knowledge.

Jessica Zell | Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Jessica Zell serves Cultural Explorations Cuba as Marketing & Communications Coordinator. Jessica first began working as a graphic designer at Paragon Events where she gained recognition for her work ethic and various program proficiencies. Her previous experience in social media management and public relations allowed her to evolve into her now current role. Jessica is responsible for overseeing the Marketing department, managing social media accounts, writing and curating content, and supporting business development efforts. Jessica has also mastered Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and WordPress, among other design programs. Jessica continues to discover new ways to add a creative edge to the company through development and collaboration of marketing strategy and data analytics.

Mike Benson | National Sales Accounts

Mike Benson serves Cultural Explorations as National Sales Manager. Mike is responsible for contributing to the customer engagement and business development for the department. He specializes in cultivating international businesses who wish to build connections in Cuba and Latin America. Mike offers 25 years of experience in the Marketing and Sales industry including serving as Vice President of Sales for the transportation sector with his extensive knowledge in logistics and procurement.

Felipe Lima | Operations Assistant

Felipe first began at Cultural Explorations as an intern and assisted with the administrative and marketing duties of the department. Felipe now works as an Operations Assistant, helping to organize, sell, and promote trips to the exotic island of Cuba. He supports the Travel Managers of the department in preparation for their ongoing group and private tours. Felipe is currently enrolled at the Florida Atlantic University and will be graduating in the summer with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
